Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design and implementation of core game features and gameplay.

2. Responsible for the establishment of the game development framework.

3. Responsible for game performance optimization and identification and analysis of challenging issues.

4. Collaborate closely with product, art, and backend teams to achieve a shared goal of delivering a great gaming experience through various necessary trials and explorations.

5. Objectively assess workload, develop a reasonable work plan, and ensure timely progress.

1. 6. A minimum of three years of game development experience, with involvement in the complete development process of at least one game, and possess independent development capabilities.

7. Proficient in using Cocos Creator, familiar with Unity, Laya, Egret, Coco2d-x/Creator, and well-versed in C++ and JavaScript, with knowledge of relevant algorithms.

8. Possess experience in publishing multi-platform projects (H5, mini-games, Android, iOS), capable of quickly integrating external SDKs for development, debugging, and providing feedback on issues.

1. 9. Have a certain understanding of the Cocos Creator source code.
