Web3 Project Research Analyst

This is a non-technical position that accepts interns. Responsible for researching and analyzing Web3 projects, identifying investment opportunities, and providing project evaluations and market analysis support for trading strategies.

1. Project Research and Analysis

•  Conduct in-depth research on DeFi protocols (including but not limited to lending, staking, liquidity, etc.)

•  Identify early-stage projects with investment value and collaboration potential

•  Write professional project analysis reports to support the formulation of trading strategies

2. Market Intelligence and Trend Analysis

•  Track developments in the Web3 industry, policy changes, trending events, and technological advancements

•  Analyze on-chain data and market indicators to identify investment opportunities and risk points

•  Maintain a project database and establish a comprehensive project evaluation system

3. Content Creation and Knowledge Management

•  Produce high-quality investment research content and market analysis reports

•  Participate in company investment decision discussions, providing professional advice

•  Assist the team with project due diligence and risk assessment

• Possess experience in the Web3 industry or a background in finance/investment research

• Excellent information gathering, analysis, and judgment skills

• Good proficiency in reading and writing English, capable of reading overseas project white papers and documents

• Preference for candidates with in-depth knowledge of the DeFi sector in the SOLANA and SUI ecosystems

• Preference for candidates with a technical background

Interns are accepted, with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance
