We are looking for a backend developer with experience in decentralized development to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, highly scalable backend systems. This position requires candidates to be familiar with Rust or Go programming languages, capable of supporting our blockchain technology and decentralized applications (DApps), ensuring the stability and efficiency of the systems. We work closely with a senior global team, including members from the UK, Japan, and Hong Kong, collaborating and growing together.

- Over 3 years of backend development experience, proficient in Rust or Go, with experience in C++ and high concurrency, distributed system design;

- Experience in blockchain node development, decentralized networks (such as P2P protocols), or backend development for decentralized exchanges (DEX);

- Familiarity with mainstream public chains (such as Ethereum, Solana) or consortium chain architectures, with knowledge of RPC interfaces, blockchain synchronization mechanisms, etc.;

- Mastery of database optimization techniques, proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, with capabilities in distributed storage design and tuning;

- Prior experience with zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) or Layer 1/Layer 2 technologies such as Rollup is preferred;

- Additional points: Participation in open-source blockchain project development, or experience with consensus algorithm implementation (such as PoW, PoS, BFT, etc.).

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the development of blockchain node services or backend systems for decentralized exchanges (DEX), handling core functionalities such as on-chain data synchronization and transaction matching;

- Design and implement high availability, high-performance API interfaces to support front-end and mobile business needs;

- Optimize blockchain data indexing and query performance, ensuring system security and attack resistance (such as DDoS, transaction replay attacks, etc.);

- Research, design, and integrate cross-chain protocols (such as IBC, Layer 2 solutions) to enhance the efficiency and security of cross-chain asset interactions;

- Work closely with front-end development and smart contract teams to ensure data consistency and system reliability;

Continuously monitor and learn about cutting-edge blockchain technologies, providing innovative solutions for system optimization and expansion.

Additional Points:

- Participation in open-source blockchain projects with community contribution experience;

- Familiarity with the implementation of consensus algorithms (such as PoW, PoS, BFT), with relevant project experience.
