Objectives of This Role

· Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications for the company.

· Collaborate with teams across departments to identify and prioritize requirements.

· Establish best practices for the company and participate in code reviews with team members and stakeholders.

· Conduct technical analyses to derive solutions and create technical artifacts to address production issues.

· Demonstrable expertise in various technical domains, including programming, network administration, and software installation/configuration.

· Proficiency in the Java programming language and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.

· Familiarity with middleware tools such as RocketMQ, Redis, and MySQL.

· More than 3 years of experience in backend software development, database management, or similar roles.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Experience with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile or Scrum).

· Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

· Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP).

· Experience in the gaming industry with practical project cases.

· Knowledge of microservice frameworks such as Spring Cloud or Apache Dubbo.

· Understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

· Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies (Agile or Scrum).

· Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, and Docker).

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with strong team collaboration abilities.
