Job Position: SEO Specialist / SEO Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and executing SEO strategies for the company's website targeting the Vietnamese market;

2. Conduct keyword research, content planning, and structural optimization based on the search habits of Vietnamese users;

3. Coordinate with the content team to optimize Vietnamese articles/landing pages for SEO (such as Meta tags, internal link structure, etc.);

4. Establish and expand local backlink resources in Vietnam to enhance website authority;

5. Utilize SEO tools (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.) for data analysis and performance evaluation;

6. Monitor changes in Google's search algorithms in Vietnam and adjust optimization strategies promptly;

7. Collaborate with product, development, and localization content teams to implement the SEO growth plan.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of practical SEO experience, with preference for candidates with experience in the Vietnamese market;

2. Familiarity with the search algorithms and keyword trends of Google Vietnam;

3. Strong understanding of Vietnamese content structure, user search intent, and cultural differences;

4. Fluent in reading and writing English; proficiency in Vietnamese is preferred;

5. Proficient in using mainstream SEO tools, with good data analysis and logical thinking skills;

6. Preference for candidates with experience in cross-border e-commerce, SaaS products, and content site optimization;

7. Ability to collaborate remotely, self-motivate, and communicate across teams.

Compensation:

9-hour workdays with flexible scheduling, 4 days off per month.

On-site salary: $3,000 during the probation period, $4,200 upon confirmation.

Online salary: $2,100 during the probation period, $3,000 upon confirmation.

Work location: Cambodia on-site / remote.
