1. Clearly define the functional boundaries and job responsibilities of the operations and maintenance team, establish job requirements, performance evaluation standards, and work processes to enhance team capabilities and output quality;

3. Ensure 24/7 service stability, security, and availability, with timely response and resolution;

4. Organize training to enhance team skills and cohesion.

1. Bachelor’s degree, over 10 years of operational and maintenance experience, and more than 3 years of experience in managing operational teams;

2. Experience working at medium to large-scale internet companies with a solid technical foundation;

3. A good understanding of virtualization, data center construction, and dedicated network lines;

4. Proficient in containerization and Kubernetes, familiar with large-scale microservices systems based on the Java framework, and has practical experience in PAAS, SAAS, and office security;

5. Full experience using overseas cloud services such as AWS and GCP, and considerable experience with cloud storage and CDN services from mainland cloud providers like Aliyun and Huawei Cloud; must be proficient in the differences and characteristics of various CDN and high-defense vendors;

6. Excellent communication and proposal writing skills, strong self-motivation, high self-expectations, and a strong standard for team performance;

7. Preferred background in cryptocurrency, banking, or finance industries.
