Your Role and Mission:

We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled, and communicative Web3 technical expert/technical manager to be a valuable assistant to our CTO. You will be deeply involved in the architecture design and technical challenges of core projects, collaborating with the CTO to gradually grow into a key technical leader capable of independently leading the technical team and planning the company's technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Deeply engage in requirement analysis, technology selection, system architecture design, and core module development for large-scale Web3 projects.

Lead or participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and security auditing follow-up of key smart contracts.

Conduct efficient technical communication with international clients, clearly articulate technical solutions, and understand and resolve client needs and issues.

Assist the CTO in technical research, explore leading-edge Web3 technologies, and promote their application in projects.

Participate in formulating and optimizing the team’s technical specifications, development processes, and quality control systems.

Assist the CTO in the daily management of the technical team, task assignments, code reviews, and technical guidance, nurturing the growth of team members.

Write high-quality technical documentation (English preferred).

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Over [3-5 years] of development experience in the Web3 field (the years of experience can be adjusted based on the actual target audience), with a preference for candidates who have led or been core participants in large, complex Web3 projects.

Proficient in at least one mainstream blockchain platform (such as Ethereum, familiarity with Solana is a plus) and its ecosystem.

Expertise in Solidity smart contract development, familiar with mainstream contract standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.

Skilled in development frameworks such as Hardhat/Foundry and libraries like Ethers.js.

Strong backend development experience (such as Node.js, Python, Go, Rust, etc.), familiar with microservices architecture and API design.

Familiar with decentralized storage solutions such as IPFS and Arweave.

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal, fluent English is a plus), capable of engaging in in-depth technical communication and daily work coordination with clients without barriers.

Outstanding technical architecture capabilities, able to independently design solutions for complex Web3 applications.

Strong passion for Web3 technology, with the ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems.

Good teamwork spirit and leadership potential.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working overseas or collaborating remotely with overseas teams.

Experience participating in well-known open-source Web3 projects or active GitHub contributions.

Familiarity with cutting-edge technologies such as Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs), Layer 2 scaling solutions, and Decentralized Identity (DID).

Experience in smart contract security auditing or collaboration with auditing firms.

Project management experience, familiar with Agile development processes.
