1. Professional Skill Requirements

Mobile Development Experience:

Proficient in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin) development, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Familiar with UI design, performance optimization, cross-platform development, and other technologies in mobile development.

Expert in performance optimization, with experience in optimizing UI lag, thread performance, and database efficiency.

Instant Messaging Related Technologies:

Familiar with the basic principles and technologies of instant messaging systems, such as message push, real-time data transmission, Socket, and WebSocket.

Experience in developing IM applications, capable of designing and implementing efficient message transmission and storage mechanisms.

Network and Data Processing Capabilities:

In-depth understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, with some experience in network optimization.

Familiar with data storage and synchronization mechanisms, able to optimize the efficiency and stability of data transmission.

2. Experience Requirements

At least 5 years of development experience in instant messaging (IM) applications, including but not limited to the development of features such as instant chat, video calls, voice messages, and push notifications.

Experience with third-party IM SDKs (such as Tencent Cloud IM, Rongyun, Huanshi, etc.), with the ability to customize features based on project requirements.

Familiarity with common features in IM applications, such as friend management, group management, message notifications, and message pushing.

3. Soft Skills Requirements

Team Collaboration:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers.

Problem-Solving Ability:

Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify and resolve technical challenges encountered during development.

Code Quality:

Good coding habits, capable of writing high-quality, maintainable code, familiar with code review and version management tools (such as Git).

4. Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Telegram source code and understanding the reasons for Telegram's high performance.

Experience in IM development in fields such as live streaming, social platforms, and online education.
