Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design and development of core backend modules for social software;

Participate in system architecture design and optimization to enhance system performance, stability, and scalability;

Collaborate closely with frontend, product, testing, and other teams to ensure efficient project implementation;

Write high-quality code and technical documentation, participate in code reviews and technical sharing;

Continuously monitor technological trends in social products and propose feasible improvement suggestions.

Java Developer (Social Software Direction)

Location: [Trial remote development, transfer to the office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia upon confirmation]

Position Type: Full-time

Work Experience: 3 years or more

Academic Requirement: Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in a related field of Computer Science)

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Php or Java programming languages, with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming;

At least 3 years of development experience, with a complete social project development experience preferred;

Familiar with mainstream development frameworks and middleware such as Spring/Spring Boot, MyBatis, Redis, and MQ;

Familiar with relational databases such as MySQL, with good database design skills and SQL performance optimization abilities;

Familiar with the design and development of RESTful APIs, understanding WebSocket or instant messaging technologies is a plus;

Experience in distributed system development is preferred, such as Dubbo, Zookeeper, Nacos, etc.;

Good communication and collaboration skills, self-driven, and able to adapt to a fast-paced development environment.

Bonus Points:

Practical experience in launching social products;

Familiar with social system modules such as user relationship chains, message pushing, audio and video, and content distribution;

Experience with open source projects or technical blogging is preferred.

Benefits:

Salary: 18,000 CNY - 50,000 CNY;

Performance bonus of 0-20% of salary;

6 days of paid leave per month, working hours are 9 hours;
