• Support data collection and reporting for HR initiatives, help manage HR projects, and contribute to efficient, timely project delivery as directed by the Head of Operations.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and managing onboarding and offboarding tasks in collaboration with Operations Team.
• Help organise development programs, and performance reviews, working alongside Operations Head to foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement.
• Aid in managing payroll processing, updating employee records, and overseeing regular working arrangements, ensuring all activities comply with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in data collection and reporting for HR projects, support project management tasks, and contribute to timely project delivery, working closely with Operation Team.

1. Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods and cargo for domestic and international clients.
2. Communicate with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for shipping arrangements.
3. Prepare and process necessary documentation including bills of lading, shipping manifests, customs documentation, and other required paperwork.
4. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing the transportation of goods, including customs, import/export laws, and hazardous materials regulations.
5. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
6. Coordinate with carriers to arrange pickup and delivery schedules, ensuring that all parties involved are informed of any changes or updates.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing updates on shipment status.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and any relevant documentation for accounting and auditing purposes.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding shipping options, costs, and timelines.
10. Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize customer satisfaction.

Some of your duties may include (but not be limited to):

• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of financial records
• Full function accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Weekly and fortnightly payroll through Xero
• Managing aged receivables and debt collections
• Reconciliations and reimbursement management
• Accounts auditing and record maintenance
• Ensure tasks and projects within the finance department are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Accounts reporting, maintaining records in Xero, and assisting with P&L.
• Liaising with the various organization departments

• Formulate and implement ecological development funding plans to promote the ecological construction and growth of partners.
• Manage and coordinate cooperation within the project POW ecosystem to ensure the smooth advancement and implementation of the project.
• In-depth analysis and research on POW ecological market trends, explore new cooperation opportunities, and expand ecological influence.
• Work with teams in related fields such as wallets, blockchain browsers, and mining pools to optimize and promote the ecological construction of related products.
• Track the development of POW public chain technology, participate in and promote related technology and business innovation, and enhance ecological value.
• Participate in community building to promote the activity and user participation of the POW ecological community.
