Job Description

1. Collaborate with the team to analyze business requirements, understand the details, and determine system design goals;
2. Quickly design systems or functionalities based on business requirements and translate them into practical solutions;
3. Responsible for building the company's Java backend services, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance;
4. Continuously optimize the system through technical improvements and innovations to enhance stability and scalability to meet the demands of business growth.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with a solid foundation in computer science;

2. Over 3 years of Java development experience, proficient in Java and object-oriented design and development, with in-depth research and understanding of certain areas of Java;

3. Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, caching technologies, message communication, queues, asynchronous frameworks, etc., with a deep understanding of the optimization of these technologies;

4. Proficient in using open-source frameworks such as Spring, Spring Cloud, Zookeeper, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, Nginx, etc.;

5. Strong logical thinking skills, capable of analyzing and summarizing problems, and proposing effective solutions; ability to independently conduct project development;
