Job Title: C2C Merchant Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Identify issues based on daily trading data, develop corresponding solutions or optimization plans, and promote business improvements;
• Operational System Construction: Establish C2C trading operation indicators, assessment rules, and systems to enhance merchants' service quality, increase transaction volume, and improve user satisfaction;
• Merchant Channel Expansion: Continuously explore quality merchant recruitment channels to optimize the platform's merchant structure;
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan and organize merchant operation-related activities, incentivize merchants to improve their engagement, and drive continuous growth in transaction volume.

• Possess strong data analysis skills, clear logical thinking, and the ability to extract issues from data and propose feasible strategies;
• Have strong event planning and project operation capabilities, able to independently drive execution;
• Exhibit good communication and coordination skills, along with a spirit of teamwork;
• Industry experience or merchant resources are preferred.
