About Us:
HeyTrip is a digital technology-driven internet travel company, providing distribution services for global hotels, cars, and flights. Our mission is to break the boundary of efficiency via digital technology, building a global travel interconnected data cloud platform, and providing an end-to-end, one-stop digital solution for global travel products.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, negotiate, and sign contracts with luxury/high-star hotels to expand partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
- Drive revenue growth by securing wholesale agreements and optimizing partnership terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Revenue) to ensure seamless onboarding of new hotel partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in hospitality/hotel wholesale.
- Existing network of contacts within the luxury hotel industry is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of hotel wholesale operations, pricing models, and distribution channels.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
