Business Requirements

As a leader, you have operated industry-leading projects from 0 to 1 (at least three examples), and successfully launched no fewer than two projects on top-tier exchanges. Experience with public chain or Web3 technology projects is preferred.

You have managed and operated large multilingual user communities, including Telegram, Discord, and Twitter ecosystems, demonstrating excellent community management and orientation skills.

You possess outstanding online operational skills across community, marketing, business, and ambassador systems, with no fewer than three relevant successful experiences.

You have extensive experience in organizing and participating in offline events, including Web3 summits, community-building communication, fundraising promotions, and more.

You have experience in organizing and managing large teams, encompassing community operations, marketing, events, and other areas.

Experience in organizing notable hackathons, bug bounties, and developer competitions is a plus.

In terms of growth, you have at least three successful experiences within leading industry projects, with at least one being a top project in the field.

Personal Requirements

Possess high-level user growth and business growth capabilities, proficient in operating platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and Twitter, covering user communities and tech creator communities; ensure core metric growth (user growth, retention, activity, etc.), possess strategic organizational skills; and have experience with no less than three top industry-related projects.

Experience in cold start for top industry projects, proficient in the entire business process, and possess experience in leading project teams.

In-depth understanding of the web3 ecosystem, with deep penetrating experience in market operation and user operation, and relevant experience with top projects.

Must have investment promotion resources from well-known VCs, nodes, cornerstone investors, KOLs, exchanges, etc.

Able to participate in and organize high-quality online and offline events, including overseas, according to project and market needs, and possess rich relevant experience.

Possess strong management capabilities, able to build and manage large teams.

Skilled in deeply analyzing communities and markets to refine strategies, with data analysis and metric integration abilities, capable of combining data-driven approaches with community and market operations.

Effective communication skills and high empathy are essential.

Experience in operating technical communities and organizing events is a plus.

English can be used as the working language; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
