We are looking for an experienced operations professional to be responsible for content planning/content creation and social media management, helping us convey brand values, attract target users, and promote the development of the RWA ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Promotion: Responsible for content planning and promotion on social media platforms for projects, including tweets, articles, in-depth analyses, etc., to enhance brand influence. Create high-quality, engaging content that interprets trends and hot topics in the RWA field, while considering brand background and product architecture.
• Event Planning and User Interaction: Develop and execute online event plans to attract user attention and participation, increasing user engagement and community activity.
• Industry Insights and Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the cryptocurrency market and RWA competitors, quickly understanding emerging concepts, and being highly sensitive to industry changes, providing data support and insights for content creation.
• Excellent English writing skills, understanding the needs of DeFi & RWA user groups, and creating high-quality in-depth content in alignment with brand background and product architecture.
• Strong teamwork abilities, able to communicate requirements with the operations team and efficiently execute content plans.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, computer science, marketing, or related fields
• Fluent in English as a working language, with excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English, capable of cross-cultural communication
• Over one year of experience in new media operations within the cryptocurrency industry, familiar with the characteristics and algorithm rules of various social media platforms, especially X
• In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, familiar with major projects, technologies, and industry trends
• Good time management and project management skills, able to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Strong team collaboration spirit, capable of efficient communication and execution

• Experience in social media or marketing within the cryptocurrency industry, understanding of content operations
• Experience managing personal or brand Twitter accounts, able to provide past work or case studies
• Technical or investment research background, with independent research capability, able to write logically clear and data-supported in-depth analyses
