1. Responsible for the design of APP/WEB for various company projects, capable of delivering high-quality designs while considering optimal solutions within the project; 

2. Must possess excellent product thinking capabilities, not limited to product solutions, with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis of products; 

3. Continuously improve product design and interactive experience based on user feedback; 

4. Responsible for collaboration and communication with other teams, including product, development, and operations; 

5. Constantly push the boundaries of design, able to generate multiple design solutions for any given point;

6. Required to work in a centralized office in Shenzhen for the first 6 months, with remote work options thereafter.

1. Over 3 years of experience in mobile internet product design, with substantial expertise in UI and visual design;

2. A proven track record of successful online app projects; candidates with experience in internet finance or cryptocurrency exchanges are preferred;

3. Strong logical ability, excellent communication skills, and a strong capacity for learning along with good project management habits;

4. Exceptional professional integrity, dedication, and teamwork spirit, with strong communication skills and resilience under pressure;

5. Results-oriented, eager to embrace challenges, and quick to adapt to changes.
