Job Responsibilities

1. **Customer Development and Conversion**: Expand potential students through multiple channels such as telemarketing, social groups, and offline events, accurately identify customer needs, and achieve course sales targets;

2. **Relationship Maintenance**: Maintain long-term communication with students, provide professional services such as course consultation and learning planning, and enhance customer satisfaction and referral rates;

3. **Market Collaboration**: Work with the marketing team to plan enrollment promotion activities, efficiently execute customer acquisition strategies, and enhance brand influence;

4. **Data Analysis**: Track sales data, optimize sales scripts and processes, and propose feasible improvement suggestions;

5. **Industry Insights**: Monitor trends in AI education and competitive product dynamics, provide feedback on market demand, and support course iteration.

Job Requirements

1. **Experience Background**:

- Over 1 year of sales experience in the education industry (preferably in AI/IT training, vocational education, K12 consulting, etc.);

- Experience in ToC or ToB sales, with the ability to independently manage the entire process from lead generation to closing;

2. **Core Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of quickly establishing trust with clients;

- Goal-oriented, strong resilience under pressure, with a strong desire for high-performance bonuses;

- Proficient in using Office software;

3. **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of AI/machine learning/big data;

- Experience in online community operations or customer acquisition through self-media;

4. **Value Alignment**: Alignment with the long-term value of the education industry, possessing teamwork spirit and a passion for learning.

Working Hours:

Basic salary ranging from 8000 to 20000, commission negotiable.
