Job Title: WordPress Developer (Work From Home)

Monitoring Tool: Hubstaff (to be installed by the company)

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Night Shift Timing: 9 PM to 6 AM

WebMastered is seeking a talented and motivated WordPress Developer to be assigned to our client. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for translating Figma designs into fully functional WordPress websites, troubleshooting and executing ad hoc tasks. This role requires strong technical skills in WordPress development, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Translate Figma designs into fully functional WordPress websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to deliver high-quality websites.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and execute on adhoc tasks as they arise.
• Execute assigned tasks timely, accurately and with high quality
• Stay updated on the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role
• Proven experience in using builders such as Elementor, Oxygen, Gutenberg, etc.
• Experience and capability on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience in Woocommerce
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM.
• Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development is not required but a plus
