Description

As an Insurance Agent at FWD Life Philippines, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve financial security and peace of mind. You will educate clients about FWD’s wide range of insurance and investment solutions, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the company’s mission of transforming the insurance experience.


  • Analyze clients' financial situations and provide tailored advice.
  • Develop financial strategies to meet client goals.
  • Monitor and adjust investments based on market trends.
  • Educate clients on financial products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and present financial plans and reports.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Undergraduate, with work experience atleast 1 year or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide financial advice, develop financial plans, analyze market trends, and assist clients in investment decisions.
  • Working Conditions: remote work; may require travel to meet clients.
  • Qualities and Traits: Goal and Detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and capable of building strong client relationships.
  • Sales and Relationship Management: Promote and sell FWD Life insurance products, including life insurance, health protection, and investment-linked plans.
  • Financial Planning: Assist clients in creating tailored financial plans that address their personal goals and future needs.
  • Customer Support: Good interpersonal skills, provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients understand their policies and assisting with claims and policy updates.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with FWD’s policies, as well as regulatory requirements.
