Description
- Perform welding tasks on various materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Ensure the quality of welds through inspections and testing.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a welding certification program preferred.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 2 years in welding, with experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in blueprint reading, attention to detail, and ability to operate welding equipment.
- Working Conditions: Moderate physical activity in a workshop environment, including exposure to noise and fumes.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork orientation, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility.
