Set up and operate welding machines and tools

Inspect and assess welded surfaces, structures, and components for flaws

Maintain and repair welding equipment as needed

Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear

Clean and prepare metal surfaces before welding

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
