Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily management and operation of content on social media platforms such as Twitter, including writing and publishing articles, community updates, and promotional materials to increase followers and user engagement on each platform;

2. Conduct periodic industry research and content discussions to continually explore and output the latest news and topics of interest to community users within the industry;

3. Utilize overseas social media channels for content operations, including regular thematic content planning, topic selection, execution, and overall planning and operational management to enhance brand awareness both domestically and internationally;

4. Assist other colleagues in promoting themes and activities based on operational goals, coordinate across multiple departments, integrate resources, and carry out online event promotion and execution;

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to promptly adjust marketing strategies, increasing community visibility and user activity;

6. Effectively enhance content exposure and click-through rates, organize promotional content, and analyze data.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of content experience, with preference for candidates who have experience in new media operations, industry research, media editing and reporting, or blockchain media content;

2. Strong marketing and promotional experience, familiar with social media and digital marketing;

3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds;

4. Outstanding writing and editing abilities, with keen market insights, proficient in relevant skills for social media and online communication, with a preference for experience in consistently producing high-quality content in Chinese/English on internet platforms;

5. Passionate about blockchain and Web3, with sufficient understanding of related technologies, community ecology, and industry hotspots, possessing a certain level of technical background and foundation, with English as a working language;

6. Innovative thinking and execution ability, capable of independent thought and problem-solving, with strong self-motivation and ambition.

Additional Qualifications:

1. Experience in writing white papers and decks; 2. Possession of Web3 resources.
