Job Description

• Responsible for the front-end development of the company's web applications, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of front-end technical solutions, including but not limited to architectural design and performance optimization.
• Work closely with product, design, and back-end teams to ensure high-quality delivery of products.
• Continuously track trends in front-end technology, evaluating and introducing new technologies to enhance the team's technical capabilities.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers within the team to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the team.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in web frontend development, proficient in the React/Next.js technology stack.
• In-depth understanding of frontend architectural design, capable of designing scalable and maintainable frontend systems.
• Extensive experience in frontend performance optimization, including but not limited to code splitting, lazy loading, and server-side rendering.
• Strong foundational knowledge in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve business and technical issues.
• A strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading technical documents in English and communicating with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in frontend development for large web applications or complex systems.
• In-depth understanding of the fintech field, including blockchain and cryptocurrency, is preferred.
