Gem Konstruk Inc. is looking for a highly organized, strict, and reliable Warehouse Manager to take full control of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, and staff performance. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to fix problems permanently, maintain a clean and accountable warehouse, and ensure smooth daily operations with zero excuses.

• Supervise and manage all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods (WPC, SPC, PVC, decking, cladding, ceilings, etc.).
• Enforce high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in all areas of the warehouse.
• Implement and maintain a bulletproof warehouse layout to maximize space and efficiency.

• Maintain real-time, accurate inventory records across all products.
• Conduct weekly and monthly audits to prevent losses, damage, or missing items.
• Ensure all damaged items are properly stored, reported, and accounted for separately.
• Approve all stock movements, returns, and backloads.

• Manage all deliveries, dispatches, and returns (backloads) with complete documentation and zero delays.
• Coordinate closely with drivers and logistics helpers for efficient and accurate execution.
• Maintain strict loading/unloading protocols and monitor all inbound and outbound movements.

• Lead and discipline the entire warehouse team — helpers, pickers, drivers, and other staff.
• Set clear duties and schedules; monitor productivity and performance.
• Enforce all company warehouse rules and policies — with consequences for negligence or violation.
• Ensure weekly trash disposal, damage segregation, and routine maintenance are followed strictly.

• Submit daily and weekly reports on inventory, operations, issues, and resolutions.
• Investigate any issue or irregularity immediately — and resolve it permanently.
• Identify and fix process gaps before they become recurring problems.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement strong preventive controls.

• Keep the warehouse fully secure, well-maintained, and compliant with all internal and external standards.
• Ensure 100% cleanliness and strict material handling at all times.
• Prevent and report any signs of theft, tampering, or negligence.

• At least 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience (construction materials a big plus).
• Strong leadership and discipline; knows how to manage people and enforce rules.
• Knowledge in inventory software, basic MS Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Willing to work hands-on and be physically present on the warehouse floor.
• Based in or near Calumpit, Bulacan or willing to relocate.
