Description
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management and logistics.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate transportation and distribution logistics.
- Analyze logistics performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, basic inventory management, and proficiency in using logistics software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee shipment processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment with potential manual handling tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective communicator.
