We are currently seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Warehouse and Logistics Staff that will support the Head of Warehouse and Logistics in ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This role focuses on both administrative and warehouse tasks, including receiving shipments, organizing stock, maintaining inventory records, and generating warehouse reports. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential to maintain an organized and accurate warehouse environment.

· Ensure accuracy of data in the company’s system, including physical inventory counts, reconciliation with system records, and reporting discrepancies.

· Generate audit reports for store and warehouse operations, documenting processes.

· Reconcile system inventory with physical stock to maintain accuracy.

· Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming inventory.

· Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

· Optimize warehouse space and ensure proper labeling and tracking of goods.

· Assist in coordinating and monitoring logistics for deliveries.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, following safety protocols.

· Report any issues or discrepancies to the Head of Warehouse and Logistics.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel, organized, and financially literate. Ability to coach staff and manage personnel efficiently.
