Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Assist in training warehouse staff and optimizing processes.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.
- Perform routine cycle counts/audits of receiving and storage to ensure inventory is accurate within existing Warehouse Management System
- Sort, organize, store inventory in proper location and ensure that all items are correctly numbered and tagged
- Maintain and organize files both manually and electronically.
- Handle the sampling test and quality check of per item.
- Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or administration.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in inventory management software, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
