Description
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Assist in menu selection and offer recommendations.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Requirements
- 20-35 yrs old willing to NCR or willing to relocate
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent communication, waitering, cashiering, customer-oriented approach, familiarity with quick service restaurants, and strong hospitality skills
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, may require evening and weekend shifts
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, team player, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
