- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving guests promptly.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle payments and maintain cash register accuracy.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, multitasking abilities, and customer service orientation.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requiring standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
