Description
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle payments and process transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, exceptional waitering skills, knowledge of quick service restaurant operations, strong hospitality skills, customer management, and cashiering abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment with possible evening and weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, attentive to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
