Description
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet customer needs.
- Perform additional tasks as required by management.
- Taking orders, serving food and beverages, managing cash registers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication, cashiering, waitering, and hospitality skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
