Description
- Develop and implement visually appealing merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze sales data to optimize product placement.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends and market conditions.
- Train and support staff on visual presentation techniques.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-4 years in visual merchandising or retail sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and strong merchandising skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, creative, customer-focused, and adaptable.
