Objectives of this role:
- Design and deliver high-quality, conversion-focused ad creatives at scale to capture audience attention and drive e-commerce sales.
- Collaborate with the in-house Creative Director and marketing team to align visual assets with campaign goals, test iterations, and ensure compliance with platform and legal guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design product-focused ads with persuasive copy and clear calls to action.
- Produce and edit high-volume marketing assets, including picture sets, video ads, and social media content (up to 20 sets per day).
- Transform raw video and photo materials into polished, seamless ad creatives tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Utilize tools such as Canva, CapCut, KlingAI, Lightroom, and Photoshop to produce high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on strategy, testing variations, and campaign optimization.
- Analyze ad performance data to refine and enhance future creative outputs.
- Ensure all creatives comply with platform guidelines and local laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing and producing ads for e-commerce businesses.
- Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, KlingAI, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia asset creation.
- Ability to deliver high-volume output while maintaining clean and professional design quality.
- Creative independence with a trend-driven mindset and the initiative to research and innovate.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience producing ads that drove measurable sales results.
