Here, you will participate in creating a forward-looking DeFi product from the ground up, collaborating closely with engineering, product, branding, and community to drive the continuous evolution of the entire experience.

Responsibilities

 * Lead the user experience design strategy for the DEX platform, comprehensively optimizing product usability, accessibility, and user satisfaction.

 * Deeply understand the behaviors and needs of DeFi users, developing and implementing experience design processes.

 * Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate user insights into valuable product improvement proposals.

 * Create user journey maps, flowcharts, wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables to guide UI design.

 * Lead and execute usability testing, user research, and A/B testing, continuously driving product optimization.

 * Build and maintain design systems to ensure experience consistency and scalability.

 * Stay informed about industry trends and explore innovative Web3 experience models.
