Description
- Support daily operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on machinery.
- Operate equipment safely, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve tasks efficiently.
- Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is an advantage.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, teamwork abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Manual labor in varying weather conditions; physical stamina required.
