Responsibilities

• :Source, screen, and interview candidates for US Clinical Position
• sCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
• .Utilize various recruitment methods and channels to attract top talent
• .Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• .Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• .Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
• .Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• .Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed

Qualification

• s:Must have at least 1-2 years of recent US Clinical Recruitment experienc
• e.Bachelor’s degree in human resources degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferre
• d.Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environmen
• t.Familiarity with recruiting for allied positions like (Medical Lab Technologists, Ultrasound Techs, Sonographers, Radiology Techs, X-Ray Techs, CT Technologists, and Occupational/Physical Therapist
• s)Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• s.Must be amenable to work onsite (office is located in Insular Life Building along Ayala Avenue, Makati
