We are seeking dynamic HR professionals at two levels who are eager to contribute to our company’s strategic growth. Join us as either a Junior Human Resources Manager or a Senior Human Resources Manager, and play a vital role in shaping our people strategy while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Senior Human Resources Manager

Role Summary:

The Senior HR Manager is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that drive organizational excellence. This role focuses on organizational development, change management, talent acquisition, and culture enhancement. The Senior HR Manager partners with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with business goals and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in line with company objectives

  • Lead organizational development and culture change initiatives

  • Coach and advise the leadership team on HR matters

Change Management & Talent Management:

  • Manage HR aspects of organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring

  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development

  • Analyze compensation trends and develop competitive pay programs

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Address complex employee relations issues with a fair and equitable approach

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and safety regulations

  • Oversee policy development and HR-related audits

Budget and Collaboration:

  • Manage the HR department budget and resource allocation

  • Collaborate with the Junior HR Manager and other department heads to meet talent needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic leadership, organizational development, and change management

  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law, preferably within the logistics or cold chain sector

  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills

  • Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems
