About UIP

The UIP provides an experience for students to immerse in actual store operations, acquire practical skills, knowledge, and valuable work experience. They will also have the opportunity to work on actual problem statement that will foster professional growth, problem-solving skills, and innovativeness.

For a minimum requirement of 220 hours, students will have an understanding on store operations function in the retail industry.

The Uniqlo Internship Program will commence by June 2025.

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergrad students of any degree program who is passionate to learn, display strong leadership and holds solution-oriented mindset
• Not currently involved in any other internship or exchange programs
• Has the interest in fashion retail industry
• Has customer-first mindset
• Willing to work on site at UNIQLO stores within Metro Manila
• Flexible to work on various shift schedule
