Description
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiar with Principle, ProtoPie, Framer, and other prototyping tools.
- Efficiently understand product and interaction design concepts, possessing a framework, product, and business thinking.
- Possess industry insights and aesthetic standards, with keen insight into design trends.
- Focus on design details and pursue the ultimate user experience, being creative and innovative, with strong self-motivation and learning ability.
- Focus on users and business, results-oriented, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Capable of independently collaborating with development teams to ensure the accuracy of designed products at the time of release.
- Knowledgeable of cross-platform design guidelines for iOS, Android, Web, etc., responsible for establishing product design specifications and guiding design direction.
- Experienced in competitive analysis, user interviews, usability testing, and other research methodologies. Able to engage in user research, interaction design, and prototype development, demonstrating strong user empathy.
