• Independently responsible for the interaction and UI design work of complex product modules or entire product lines, delivering user flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity visual drafts, and design specifications.
• Conduct design thinking based on user research, business goals, and data insights, proposing innovative interaction solutions and product optimization suggestions.
• Plan and define the product's information architecture, operational processes, and interaction details, continuously validating and iterating designs through methods such as usability testing.
• Collaborate with user researchers to understand user pain points; maintain close communication with development engineers to ensure high fidelity in design implementation and technical feasibility.
• Promote the practice of user-centered design (UCD) processes and methodologies within the team and projects to enhance the overall quality of user experience.
