As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design of user interfaces and experiences across our digital products, from discovery through delivery. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to create user-centric solutions that drive engagement and business results. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong digital portfolio showcasing user-centric design work
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts is a plus
• Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first interfaces
• Ability to work within and contribute to design systems
• Proficiency in creating personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design principles, and usability
• Experience conducting user interviews, A/B testing, and usability testing
• Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
