Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in formulating and executing the company's operational strategy and objectives for the Turkey region, ensuring the team meets expected performance.

- Oversee and implement daily operational processes.

- Collect, analyze, and report relevant data for performance evaluation and improvement planning.

- Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely feedback.

- Assist in resolving issues and conflicts during the operational process to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.

- Collaborate with leadership to complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


Job Responsibilities

- Maintain relationships with channel partners and banking merchants.

- Manage cabins and optimize front-end pages.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand user needs and identify areas for product improvement.

- Participate in the design and operation of various OTC activities.

- Have a good understanding of fiat currency deposit products, channel payments, and cross-border payments.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in management, marketing, or related fields.
  2. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal resources.
  3. Proficient in office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite, with basic data analysis capabilities.
  4. Some project management experience, with the ability to effectively plan and execute work tasks.
  5. Strong sense of responsibility, capable of handling certain work pressures and challenges.
  6. Good learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly adjust to the company's work environment and culture.


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above

- At least two years of relevant experience in business development in the cryptocurrency industry

- Possess a certain level of business communication skills

- Enthusiastic, decisive, execution-oriented, independent, with a natural team spirit

- Excellent written and verbal communication
