Description
- Safely operate and drive trucks to transport goods to specified locations.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues before and after trips.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and deliveries.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients.
- Load and unload cargo as required.
Requirements
- Job Title: Truck Driver
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in truck and road transportation, vehicle maintenance, and strong driving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Safely operate trucks, perform regular vehicle maintenance, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Working Conditions: Extended hours on the road; varied weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible, dependable, and attentive to safety.
