Job Brief

The Training Supervisor is responsible for the design, implementation, evaluation and report of training programs.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Training analysis and design, implementation, evaluation and report generation
  • Corporate Related Projects implementation and reports
  • Training Related Administrative work

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in the field of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience as Training Supervisor or 2 to 3 years experience as Training Assistant/Coordinator
  • Has experience in conducting basic corporate presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • People oriented and team player
  • Must be willing to work onsite- SM Retail HQ, Pasay City

 

Skills

  • MS Office proficient
  • Able to operate simple training related equipment such as LCD projector, laptop etc.
  • Has basic experience in writing training tools and material
