The Training Specialist II provides assistance in the delivery/ conduct of internal behavioral/management programs, coordinates the training team that runs the training programs/activities and ensures smooth conduct of trainings. Facilitates energizers, group dynamics, structured learning exercises and other training-related activities. Ensures pre and post program evaluation and documentation.
