- Prepare and deliver training sessions on various topics.
- Assess training needs and develop customized training programs.
- Create training materials such as PowerPoint presentations and handouts.
- Conduct hands-on exercises and activities to enhance learning.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
- Education: At least 2-degree qualification
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
