Requirements
- 教育資格: 農業または関連分野の基本的な知識
- 経験レベル: 経験不問
- スキルと能力: 土壌管理、作物栽培技術、機械操作能力
- 責任と義務: 作物の育成、農地の管理、収穫業務
- 勤務条件: 野外作業が多く、季節に応じた勤務
- 資質と特性: 忍耐強さ、細かい注意力、チームワークの精神
Working Hours:
Fixed Schedule·09:00-17:00·新鮮でおいしいトマトを一緒に育てる仕事 クリーンで衛生的な環境で働けます。 また、ハウス内でのお仕事なので風雨にさらされることもありません。夏場は午前 中を中心で冬場は屋内で温かい環境です。むずかしい作業はないので未経験 者でも安心して始められます。
