Responsibilities:

• Talent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard talented live streamers and content creators.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Training and Development: Provide training and resources to help creators enhance their skills and grow their audience.
• Content Review: Regularly review creators’ content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with the agency’s guidelines.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the agency’s and creator's social media presence and ensure consistent, engaging communication with the audience.
• Community Building: Foster a positive and supportive community among creators.
