Description
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and camaraderie among WFH (Work From Home) and WFO (Work From Office) livestream hosts and brand leaders to ensure cohesive operations.
- Scheduling Management: Draft, coordinate, and manage livestream schedules for both WFH and WFO hosts across platforms.
- Livestream Oversight: Monitor, oversee, and manage daily livestream sessions on TikTok and Shopee, ensuring smooth execution and content alignment.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze livestream performance data to optimize execution strategies and improve session outcomes.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports for TikTok and Shopee accounts, covering both WFH and WFO host contributions.
- Live Session Preparation: Set up livestreams and ensure all technical and content aspects are ready before going live.
- Real-Time Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to technical or operational issues during livestreams, particularly during major campaigns or high-stakes sessions.
- Training & Development: Provide training programs to WFH and WFO hosts aimed at enhancing livestream performance and mastering hosting skills.
- Content Preparation: Create and distribute livestream materials (briefs, scripts, etc.) for BAU (Business As Usual), Double Digit campaigns, and other marketing events.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate host performance using defined KPI metrics to ensure quality and consistency in livestream sessions.
- Platform Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on livestream trends and ensure reliability and relevance of content on TikTok and Shopee platforms
Requirements
- Excellent in communication (verbal & writing) skills and attention to detail.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the same field.
