- Perform TIG welding on various materials including stainless steel and aluminum.
- Ensure high-quality welds by following specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect and test welds for strength and precision.
- Maintain equipment and workspace for safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; vocational training in welding is a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in TIG welding, ability to read blueprints, strong attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a manufacturing environment; may involve standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, good problem-solving abilities.
